Here's the first one:

"Greed caused Captain Robert Blackstone to squeeze too many slaves on board his ship from Calcutta to British Guyana. It seemed like any other journey, that until he discovered the woman he had been bribed to kill was not on ordinary slave. He procrastinated to carry out the assignment and kept her in his quarters under the excuse of protecting her, which spooked the superstitious crew and infuriated the surgeon."
